SYMPTOMS

After you have installed the WQuinn QuotaAdvisor 4.1 program, you may receive the following error message:

STOP: 0x0000007f (0x00000008 0x00000000 0x00000000 0x00000000)

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you have an outdated Quota Advisor kernel-mode driver file, Qafilter.sys, installed on the computer.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, install the latest Qafilter.sys driver file from the following WQuinn Web site:
