SYMPTOMS

When you use the User Rights Deployment (URD) feature with an Internet Explorer Administration Kit (IEAK) 5.5 package that allows non-administrative users to log on for the first reboot to finish Setup, Web pages that contain JScript generate an "Unspecified Error" message. If the user reboots the computer a second time, the error message does not reoccur.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, reboot the computer a second time.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
