SYMPTOMS

The "Output compression ratio" counter for Terminal Services in System Monitor may display incorrect values. For example, you may see values of more than 100, which is not possible for a ratio.

RESOLUTION

The compression ratio is not calculated correctly; ignore the incorrect value.
