OL2002: The Web-based (Hotmail) Address Book Is Not Available in Outlook (299440)

After you configure an HTTP (Hotmail) account in Outlook 2002 and you add entries in the Web-based Hotmail Address Book, you cannot use Outlook 2002 to access those contacts that are stored in your Hotmail Address Book.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because Outlook 2002 does not support access to Hotmail address books.
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, manually enter the addresses from the Hotmail address book to the Outlook Contacts.

Help menu, type create a contact in the Office Assistant or
the Answer Wizard, and then click Search to view the topics
returned.
