OL2002: The 'Other Shortcuts' Group Is Missing from the Outlook Bar (299398)

SYMPTOMS

After you install Outlook 2002, or after normal use, you may be missing the Other Shortcuts group from your Outlook Bar.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, start Outlook with the /resetoutlookbar command line switch. To do this:
  1. Quit Outlook.
  2. Click Start, and then click Run.
  3. In the Open box, type Outlook /resetoutlookbar, and then click OK.
This procedure resets your Outlook Bar so that you can access the Other Shortcuts group with a normal startup of Outlook.

NOTE: The previous steps remove any customized shortcuts in the Outlook Bar that you might have made.
