TV Photo Viewer: Text in Directory View Is Not Legible (298668)

SYMPTOMS

After you click Add Pictures in Microsoft TV Photo Viewer, the text in the file directory may be unreadable.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the Scheme setting for your display is set to High Contrast, and the text color for that scheme is not viewable on a white background.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, change the Scheme setting to something other than High Contrast. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Display.
  3. Click the Appearance tab.
  4. Under Scheme, select a setting other than High Contrast.
  5. Click OK.
