When you click Choose Form in Outlook 98, you may not receive any form choices. If you then click OK, the correct library opens, but no forms are listed, and you may receive the following error message:
Form Load Failed.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur when you are using a restricted user account with your Windows XP-based computer.
