When you re-connect (after you are disconnected during the registration process) to try to complete the product registration, you may receive a "Downloading Online Content" message, and your computer may stop responding (hang). When this occurs, you may be able to recover if you press F1 and then click Re-start Internet Signup.
RESOLUTIONA supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that this article describes. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. To resolve this problem, contact Microsoft Product Support Services to obtain the hotfix.
