Money2001: Stocks displayed as mutual funds when you upgrade from Quicken (297495)

After you import your Intuit Quicken data files into Microsoft Money, a stock investment is displayed as mutual fund investment.CAUSEThis issue may occur if one of following situations is present: - The investment was classified in Quicken as "Other".
- The Quicken data file is not correctly converted by Money.
RESOLUTION If the first situation that is listed in the "Cause" section is accurate, change the investment type in Quicken to accurately reflect the type of investment, and then convert the file again from Money. For example, if the investment is a commonly traded stock, change the type of investment in Quicken to "Stock", and then re-open Money and convert the Quicken data file again.
