SYMPTOMS
After you install Outlook Mobile Manager, if you click Options, click My E-mail, and then click Learning, the following option is displayed: To add a column in your current Outlook view to see the ranking of each message, Click Here.
After you click this option, you receive the following message:
The ranking column has been added to your current Outlook view
When you restart Microsoft Outlook, a new column that displays message rankings for Urgent and Non-urgent is displayed. However, if you close Outlook Mobile Manager, and then restart it, the option to add this column becomes available again.
MORE INFORMATION
Outlook Mobile Manager can add this ranking column to your Outlook view. However, Outlook Mobile Manager cannot verify if this column exists each time you start the program. In addition, the option to add the ranking column is available if your Outlook view has been damaged, or if you manually remove this column.
