The Folders That Are Created in the Web Console May Be Deleted When a Web Page Is Updated (295974)

When you use the Web console to create a new folder under "My Views", and then you update a Web page before you add a Custom view in that folder, the folder that you have just created may be deleted.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, create the Custom view in the new folder before you update the Web page.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
