Use the following steps to change the macro security level in Outlook 2002 follow these steps:
  1. Open Outlook.
  2. On the Tools menu, click Macro.
  3. Click Security, and then click the High, Medium, or Low button.
Restart Outlook 2002 for the changes to take effect.
