IntelliType Pro 2: REPLY and FWD Hot Keys Do Not Work in AOL Inbox (295489)

SYMPTOMS

When you press either the REPLY or FWD (Forward) hot key on the Microsoft Office Keyboard, this may not reply to or forward the given e-mail message as expected.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the following conditions are true:
  • The Internet service provider (ISP) for your e-mail client is America Online (AOL).

    -and-
  • You have not opened the e-mail message that you are trying to reply to or forward.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, first open the e-mail message, and then use the REPLY or FWD hot key.
