This article describes the steps to print a list of contacts from Microsoft Outlook 2001 for Mac.

Outlook 2001 for Mac does not contain an interface that is able to print a list of contacts. Use the following steps to print a list of contacts:
  1. On the File menu, click Import and Export.
  2. In the What Do You Want to Do box, click Export Contacts to a Macintosh Text File or click Export Contacts to a Windows Text File, and then click OK.
  3. In the Select a Contacts Folder to Export box, click the folder that contains your contacts. This can be a Contacts folder that includes only the contacts that you want to export.
  4. Click OK.
  5. In the Save as box, type a descriptive name for the file, and then save the file.
  6. Import the file to another program, such as Microsoft Excel, or another program that can read a Comma Separated Values (.csv) file.
The resulting file contains all Outlook Contact fields including those without data. You may se to edit the resulting file prior to printing. You can use this file as a data file for a data merge.
