SYMPTOMS

When manipulating images in one of the products listed at the beginning of this article, one of the following error messages appears:
PIP caused an invalid page fault in Module Unknown.

-or-

PIP caused an invalid page fault in Module Kernel32.dll.

CAUSE

This behavior may occur if you have a Kodak DC220 or DC265 Digital Camera installed, and you are using the drivers provided by Kodak.

RESOLUTION

Download and install the Kodak Driver Selection Utility to allow the camera to switch to the WIA (Windows Image Acquisition) standard drivers. To obtain this utility and for instructions, visit the following Kodak Web site:
