SYMPTOMS
You may receive the following error message for Win32k.sys on a blue screen
in Windows NT 4.0 Terminal Server:
STOP 0x0000001e (0xc0000005, 0xa308cdf8, 0x00000001, 0x00000051)
The last two parameters may change, but the first two are always the same.
RESOLUTION
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that this article describes. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.
