OL2002: The Address Book Does Not Display the Edited 'Display Name' or 'Display As' Field (293217)

When you change the Display Name or the Display as field in a contact, the displayed name in the address book is not updated with the changes.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because both the Display as and Display Name fields are used for the display of e-mail recipients on the To, Cc, and the Bcc fields in a message.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, change the Full Name field of the contact in Outlook 2002 to change the name that is displayed in your address book.
