OL2002: Outlook Client Overwrites Administrator's Changes to Message Settings (293019)

When you create a custom Transform to modify a client's Outlook message settings, for example setting Importance to Low and Sensitivity to Personal, the new settings do not appear in the client's Message Options dialog box under Advanced E-mail Options.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur because the administrator's settings do not have priority over the client's original settings.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
