SYMPTOMS

If you you click either All Mail Folders, Mail I Received, or Mail I Sent to search for messages that you created in the Hotmail Inbox in Outlook 2002 and try to open the message after it is located, you may receive the following error message:
Can't open this Item. Could not open the item. Try again.
