- Microsoft Word 2002
This article was previously published under Q292837 SUMMARY
This article corrects the Word 2002 Help file information about creation of AutoText name entries for your Outlook message recipients.
MORE INFORMATION
The Help files in Word 2002 incorrectly state that when you send e-mail by using Outlook 2002, the names of people you send to are retrieved and stored as Word AutoText entries. This feature is not included with Office XP.
However, you can manually create Word AutoText entries for names of people you send messages to. For information about how to create these entries, click the Word 2002 Help menu, click Microsoft Word Help, and then search for create or change an AutoText entry.
