If you are accessing a Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 or Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server recipient's container through Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5 Administrator, you may receive the following error message:
The contents of the container cannot be seen because the recalculation of the directory hierarchy is not yet complete. Try again in a few minutes.

You do not receive this error message if you access an Exchange Server 2003 or Exchange 2000 Server recipient's container through Exchange System Manager (ESM).
Site Replication Service (SRS) does not support MAPI; therefore, you cannot see the recipients. Use of the Exchange Server Administrator with SRS provides only limited functionality.
