OL2002: Outlook Does Not Appear in the WinFax PRO 10 Phonebook AutoLink List (292102)

When you start WinFax PRO Message Manager, Outlook 2002 does not appear in the WinFax PRO External Phonebook AutoLink list.
You cannot link WinFax PRO to Outlook 2002.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because WinFax PRO version 10 was released before Outlook 2002. Only the e-mail programs that were current when WinFax PRO 10 was released appear in the WinFax PRO External Phonebook AutoLink list.
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, click to select the Outlook 98/2000 check box in the WinFax PRO External Phonebook AutoLink dialog box when you want to link WinFax PRO with Outlook 2002.
