When you perform a discovery of a directory that is connected by Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), after the Management Agent runs, the following message is logged in the log file:
Pb during dichotomy search
CAUSE
This issue occurs because during the discovery phase, a binary search for duplicate entries is performed. Sometimes during a typical discovery, the search terminates and the "Pb during dichotomy search" message is logged.
STATUS
The message described in the "Summary" section of this article can be safely ignored.
