SUMMARY

This article describes how to delete a form used by Microsoft Outlook when it is no longer needed.

MORE INFORMATION

To delete a form that you have published but no longer need, you need to access the Manage Forms window. You can access this window two ways, either through the Tools Options command, or through the Properties window of a folder.

To access the Manage Forms windows using the folder properties, follow these steps:

  1. Right-click a folder (typically the folder in which the form was published), and then click Properties.
  2. On the Forms tab, click Manage.
  3. Click Set, and then in the Set Library To window, select the forms library or folder that contains the published form, and then click OK.
  4. Click to select the form you want to delete, and then click Delete.
To access the Forms Manager windows without selecting a folder, follow these steps:

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. Click the Other tab and then click Advanced Options.
  3. Click Custom Forms and then click Manage Forms.
NOTE: Unlike previous versions of Microsoft Outlook, Outlook 2002 allows you to delete a published form if you are only using an Internet mail account.
