error messasge: Microsoft Outlook has encountered a
problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you
view the details of the error message, you receive an error signature that is
similar to the following:

CAUSEThis problem may occur if you have both the Outlook 2000
XPrint ActiveX Control and the XPrint Add-in installed.WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, turn off the XPrint
Add-in option. To do this, follow these steps:
- On the Tools menu, click
Options.
- On the Other tab, click Advanced
Options.
- In the Advanced Options dialog box, click
Add-In Manager.
- Click to clear the XPrint Add-in check
box.
