SUMMARY

To see a visible grid in PC or MS Paintbrush, change the background color from white to a dark color. Set the foreground color to a light color.

To see a visible grid in PC or MS Paintbrush, do the following :

  1. Choose a dark background color by moving the mouse cursor to the color palette and clicking the right mouse button over a dark color.
  2. Choose a lighter color for the foreground (drawing color) by moving the mouse cursor to the color palette and clicking the left mouse button over a light color.
  3. Press F5 for a grid of closely spaced dots, or press F6 for a grid of widely spaced dots.
  4. After the grid has appeared, go to the color palette and change the foreground and background colors to the colors you want to work with.
