SYMPTOMS

When you use the Thai version of Microsoft Windows 98 SE or the Thai version of Microsoft Windows Millennium (Me) to print to certain Hewlett-Packard (HP) printers and you use Print Preview, Outlook 2002 stops responding and leaves part of the print style dialog visible.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, print directly from the File menu.

If your system appears to have stopped responding (locked or hung), click the Outlook icon on the task bar to take the focus away from the printing message, and then click the message icon on the task bar to bring the focus back to the message. You can either close or print the message.

STATUS
