OL2002: Unable to Distinguish Among E-mail Listings for Contacts with Multiple Aliases (289968)

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to select a contact in the Select Name dialog box, and that contact has more than one alias, you cannot distinguish among the multiple entries for that contact. Each entry lists the same name.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, after you open the Send Names box, use the horizontal scroll bar below the Name list to view the Display Name or the E-mail Address column.
