The information in this article applies to:

  • Microsoft Outlook 2002

This article was previously published under Q289920

SYMPTOMS

If you use the Right-click speech command to access the context menu for a selected contact, the wrong menu opens. The context menu for the view opens instead.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, select the contact, and then open the Actions menu saying "actions."

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.

MORE INFORMATION

The context menu of a Contact item is the same as when you open the Actions menu after you select a contact. If you do not see a menu item and there are chevrons at the bottom of the Actions menu, say "expand." This displays all the menu items for the Actions menu as if you had right-clicked the Contact item.
