Outlook Mobile Access Mailbox Browser May Fail When You Use the UP Simulator (289864)

When you use the UP.Browser device simulator (from Phone.com) to browse a Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server mailbox using Outlook Mobile Access, the browser may not function as expected.
CAUSE
This issue can occur if you included the trailing slash mark (/) when you typed the URL (for example, www.microsoft.com/oma/). This issue occurs when you use the device simulator; when you use actual devices, the browser functions as expected.
WORKAROUND
To resolve this issue, do not include the trailing slash mark (/) when you type the URL.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
