Description: Cache change notification for Cluster disabled
Event Type: Error
The metabase cache change notification for the node or cluster rules has been disabled. Changes in these settings will not automatically be picked up.

Meaning: The metabase cache change notification for the Application Center node or cluster rules has been disabled. Changes in these rules will not automatically be picked up.

Effect: Changes will not be detected until the Web service is restarted. Request forwarding will continue to function.
