SYMPTOMS
SQLAgent incorrectly uses TLSAlloc for each Transact-SQL job that is running. This may lead to a condition where all Thread Local Storage (TLS) slots for the SQLAgent process are used up.
Behavior can be unpredictable. Usually, the job reports it has successfully executed but a SQLProfiler reveals that it never executed any commands.
