After you apply Service Pack 1 in Windows 2000, Event Viewer may display the following event:

Description:
The system file c:\winnt\system32\ntkrnlpa.exe could not be copied into the
DLL cache. The specific error code is 0x00000002 [The system cannot find the file specified]. This file is necessary to maintain system stability.
Similar log entries may refer to other files that Service Pack 1 updates. These events are incorrectly logged by Windows File Protection and can be ignored.
