The Correct Help File Does Not Open When You Press F1 to Start Configure Server Status Report Help (288868)

SYMPTOMS

When you configure the server status report and you press the F1 key to start Help, the Microsoft Small Business Server (SBS) 2000 Help starts, but the Configure Server Status Report Help does not appear. You receive the following error message:
The page cannot be displayed

CAUSE

This problem occurs because Help is trying to open the incorrect file.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem:
  1. After you press the F1 key, and you receive the error message, double-click Server Health and Monitoring in the window to the left.
  2. Click BackOffice Home Snap-in.
  3. In the right window, click Configure Server Status Report to view the Configure Server Status Reports help.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
