OL2002: The E-mail Processing Order Is Changed When You Upgrade to Outlook 2002 (287901)

Your e-mail processing order may not be retained when you upgrade from an earlier version of Microsoft Outlook to Outlook 2002.
WORKAROUND
Use the following steps to work around this problem:
- On the Start menu, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click the Mail Icon.
- In the Mail Setup dialog box, click E-mail Accounts.
- Verify that the View or change existing e-mail accounts option is selected, and then click Next.
- Select the appropriate accounts, and then use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to alter their place in the processing order as needed.
- Click Finish.
