PRJ: ActiveProject.Saved Property Returns an Unexpected False Value (286194)

In Microsoft Project, when you use the ActiveProject.Saved property in the default Project1, the value that is returned may be "False". Other Microsoft Office products may return "True" when calling similar properties.
CAUSE
In Microsoft Office 2000, the ActiveDocument.Saved property indicates whether or not the document was edited. The ActiveProject.Saved property in Microsoft Project 2000 indicates whether or not the document was saved.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, start Microsoft Project by double-clicking a project that you saved earlier.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was corrected in Microsoft Project 2002.
