The Alerts Screen Is Not Automatically Updated (284830)

When you view the Alerts screen in Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server, you need to update the view to examine any record of recent alerts. The alert messages that are displayed are outdated alert message which had been viewed when the screen had been previously opened.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur because all of the information in the Component Object Model (COM) user interface (UI) which can include either configuration or monitoring data is not changed when you move between nodes.
RESOLUTION
To work around this behavior, update the view by pressing the F5 key or wait for ISA Server to automatically update the UI.
STATUSThis behavior is by design.
