If you run the localized version of Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server, you may observe that the protocol definitions are only in English.
These definitions are listed under the ISA Management Console\Server and Array\Computer Name\Policy Elements\Protocol Definition folder.
CAUSE
This problem can occur because Microsoft has neither localized the protocol names nor the Description field.
