When you start the Internet Connection Wizard in Windows XP after you switch the language from English to Korean or Chinese, the Set Up your Internet Mail window of the wizard is still in English.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur because Outlook Express uses ANSI strings instead of Unicode.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
