SUMMARY
For the Microsoft Fax service for Small Business Server (SBS) to route incoming faxes to a mailbox other than the Administrator mailbox, a MAPI profile must exist for the other mailbox within the Administrator account's desktop profile. This article describes the process for creating a MAPI profile manually by making a copy of the existing Administrator's MAPI profile.
