HTTP 500

CAUSE
This issue can occur because the legacyExchangeDN attribute on the Active Directory user object has not been stamped on your user object.
If your system is configured with only a one-way connection agreement from Windows to Exchange Server on the Active Directory Connector (ADC), this attribute is not written to the user object. The Exchange Server 5.5 data provider requires this attribute for Outlook Mobile Access.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, reconfigure the current connection agreement so that it is a two-way agreement, or create a new agreement from Exchange Server to Windows. After you complete this procedure, manually replicate the ADC to create the legacyExchangeDN attribute. If you do not do this, the attribute is not created until the next time the ADC is scheduled to run.
After Exchange 2000 is introduced into the organization, this issue no longer occurs because the legacyExchangeDN attribute is written when the user mailbox is created.
