OL: Outlook Does Not Forward a Read or Delivery Receipt (281924)

SYMPTOMS

When you create a rule to forward messages that are delivery or read receipts by using the Outlook Rules Wizard, the delivery or read receipt does not forward.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because the Rules Wizard does not forward delivery or read receipts by design. This prevents Outlook from looping situations where a rule sends a message that can cause the rule to execute again.

WORKAROUND
