This article describes when to include your domain name when you are personalizing your wireless device.
MORE INFORMATION
When you attempt to personalize a wireless device at the following URL: http://servername/airweb/usa, you are prompted for your name and password. You are not prompted for the domain name.
If your mail server is in a different domain, you must include the domain name with the user name in the following format: domain\user.
The personalization process does not use NTLM because Netscape browsers do not support this protocol.
