Message Does Not Look Like It Was Replied to If You Use Outlook Mobile Access to Reply to It (281483)

When you use Microsoft Outlook Mobile Access to reply to a message, the message is not marked as if it was replied to. If you use a client that is running Microsoft Outlook 2000, Microsoft Outlook 98, or Microsoft Outlook 97 to view the message, the message is displayed with an Open Envelope icon, but a Replied to icon is not displayed.
CAUSE
This issue occurs because like Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA), Outlook Mobile Access uses the WebDAV architecture. When you use programs that use WebDAV, the Replied To icon is not displayed with the message.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Outlook Mobile Access and Mobile Information Server.
