FP2002: No IFRAME Properties Are Displayed When You Right-Click in Inline Frame (281133)

SYMPTOMS

When you right-click an inline frame (IFRAME) that you inserted onto a web page in FrontPage, the Inline Frame Properties selection does not appear on the shortcut menu.

CAUSE

You can select an inline frame only from its outside edges. When you click in the middle of the IFRAME, you select the properties for the underlying page.

RESOLUTION

To work around this problem, follow these steps:
  1. Position your insertion point at the outside edge of the frame.
  2. When the insertion point turns into an arrow, right-click to select the frame.

    The Inline Frame Properties item is displayed on the shortcut menu.
