OL2002: The Outlook Express LDAP Account Information Is Not Imported When You Upgrade to Outlook 2002 (278175)

The Outlook Express Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) account information is not imported from Outlook Express version 5.0, 5.01, or 5.5 when you upgrade to Outlook 2002.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, manually add the LDAP account information in Outlook 2002. To do this:
- On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts.
- Click Add a new directory or address book, and then click Next.
- In the Server Name box, type the name of the LDAP server.
- In the Logon Information box, type all log on information, and then click Next.
- Click OK when you receive the following prompt:
The E-mail Account you have just added will not start until you choose Exit from the File menu, and then restart Microsoft Outlook.
- Click Finish.
- Quit and then restart Outlook.
