OL2002: Cannot Print Large Paper Sizes Even When Printer Allows (278130)

When you try to print anything that has a print area more than 32 inches high or wide, even on a printer that supports a larger print area, you receive the following error message:
Invalid paper size. Unable to display.
If you continue, you receive a dialog box that contains the following error message:
The paper size is not valid. Check the values for Width and Height under Paper.
CAUSE
The behavior occurs because Outlook has a print area size limit of 32 inches in either height or width.
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, select a page size that is no larger than 32 inches in either dimension.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
