SYMPTOMS

When you install PGP Desktop Security 6.5.3 or PGP Freeware, your computer may not be able to use Hibernate mode or Standby mode and you may receive an error message that the keyboard driver prevented your computer from hibernating.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you are using PGP Desktop Security 6.5.3 and you turn on the PGPDisk feature.
