SYMPTOMS

If you enter a double byte character (for example, a foreign character, Chinese or Japanese) for the name of a profile group or property in the Profile Editor, and then try to save the Profile, the following error message is displayed:
Group/Property names may only contain letters, numbers and underscores. Spaces and punctuation are not allowed.

CAUSE

Double byte characters are not allowed for the name of Profile Group or Property.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
