In the Commerce Server Manager (Microsoft Management Console) properties of Profiles Global resources, the connstr_db_bds connection string appears blank and unused.

The Pup.exe file uses this connection string as a placeholder to specify that the global resource requires a connection string. It is recommended that you not delete this string.
